Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Take each chicken tender and coat it in the brown sugar mixture, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
- Wrap each coated chicken tender with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary. Place the bacon-wrapped tenders on the wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
