Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy and spicy dip perfect for game day gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  3. Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese, if using.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. Stir occasionally.
  5. Once done, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, increase the amount of buffalo wing sauce to 1 1/2 cups.
  • To make it healthier, substitute Greek yogurt for the ranch dressing and use low-fat cream cheese.
