Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic powder and onion powder to the melted butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the drained noodles to the pot and toss them in the butter mixture until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. If using, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
