- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of the chicken and bacon mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a spoonful of the sour cream and cheese mixture, followed by shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- If desired, sprinkle sliced green onions on top for added flavor.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve immediately.
