- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant green.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
