Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
