A delicious and flavorful grilled chicken recipe marinated in a citrus glaze.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and citrus zests until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, add a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the marinade.
- To make it a complete meal, serve the grilled chicken with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
