- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to the cheese mixture for added nutrition.
- If you prefer a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
