- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups or bowls to create a crust layer.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Drizzle a layer of warm hot fudge sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the fudge sauce.
- Repeat the layers (graham cracker crust, cream cheese mixture, hot fudge, and berries) until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a chocolatey twist, mix in some mini chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
