Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups or bowls to create a crust layer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  5. Drizzle a layer of warm hot fudge sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the fudge sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers (graham cracker crust, cream cheese mixture, hot fudge, and berries) until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
