- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
