Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over the top, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
