- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Tortilla chips or cucumber slices for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced salmon, avocado, red onion, capers, and dill.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the dressing over the salmon mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or cucumber slices.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of sriracha to the mixture.
