A quick and easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil recipe that combines shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage for a delicious meal.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound fresh corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the potato and sausage mixture evenly on a large sheet pan. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the corn pieces. Return the pan to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp to the pan, tossing everything together. Roast for another 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced jalapeños to the mix.
- Substitute the shrimp with chicken thighs or tofu for a different protein option.
