Description

A quick and easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil recipe that combines shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound fresh corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Spread the potato and sausage mixture evenly on a large sheet pan. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the corn pieces. Return the pan to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp to the pan, tossing everything together. Roast for another 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced jalapeños to the mix.
  • Substitute the shrimp with chicken thighs or tofu for a different protein option.
