Description
A refreshing and vibrant drink perfect for summer gatherings, combining the sweetness of pineapple with the tartness of lemon and a fizzy finish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 1/2 cup grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple slices and lemon wedges for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Slowly add the sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour in the grenadine syrup, allowing it to settle at the bottom for a beautiful gradient effect.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple pink lemonade soda over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with fresh pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lower-sugar version, substitute the granulated sugar with a sugar alternative like stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
- Add a splash of coconut water for a tropical twist or mix in some fresh berries for added flavor and color.
