  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices and lemon wedges for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Slowly add the sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Pour in the grenadine syrup, allowing it to settle at the bottom for a beautiful gradient effect.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple pink lemonade soda over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with fresh pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
