Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, mustard, jalapeño juice, honey, black pepper, and oregano.
  2. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt ½ cup of butter, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  4. Layer slices of Swiss cheese and turkey on the bottom halves.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  6. Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Once out of the oven, layer the slaw mixture over the sliders and cut them into halves or quarters.
