- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, mustard, jalapeño juice, honey, black pepper, and oregano.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, melt ½ cup of butter, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
- Layer slices of Swiss cheese and turkey on the bottom halves.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Once out of the oven, layer the slaw mixture over the sliders and cut them into halves or quarters.
