Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling onto the center of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to create a taquito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Brush each taquito with melted butter and then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over them.
  5. Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
