Preparation Steps

  2. 2. Make the Chipotle Slaw: In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and optional honey. Mix well and refrigerate.
  3. 3. Grill the Fish: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates and grill marinated fish for 3-5 minutes per side until flaky and golden. Let rest.
