- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

- Place the brie wheel on the lined baking sheet and lightly score the top in a crisscross pattern.
