Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the fillets generously with the lime mixture.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro evenly over the salmon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
