  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the fillets generously with the lime mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
