  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or white pepper
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese reserve some for topping
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef optional
  • 1 cup Sautéed Vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the drained spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring all pasta is well coated. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, transfer pasta mixture, and smooth out. Add optional proteins or vegetables if desired.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
