Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Allow the ham to sit at room temperature for 2 hours and preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a roasting pan with foil.
  2. Combine apricot preserves, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and unsalted butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, whisking until smooth and thick.
  3. Place the ham cut side down in the pan and apply 1/3 of the glaze. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 10-11 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 110°F.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 425°F, remove foil, and brush another 1/3 of the glaze over the ham's surface. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, brush the remaining glaze over the ham and roast for another 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 130-135°F.
  6. Transfer the ham to a serving dish and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Strain pan juices and spoon over slices before serving.
