  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter
For the Herb Mixture
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and juice.
  4. Add chopped parsley, dill, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  5. Coat each salmon fillet with the herb mixture.
  6. Place the fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before garnishing.
  8. Garnish with additional herbs and lemon slices before serving.
