Step-by-Step Instructions for Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie
- Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- While the tea cools, peel and slice the ripe banana into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, honey (or agave), and milk. Optionally, add ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Adjust thickness with extra milk if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.
