Step-by-Step Instructions for Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie
  1. Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. While the tea cools, peel and slice the ripe banana into chunks.
  3. In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, honey (or agave), and milk. Optionally, add ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Adjust thickness with extra milk if necessary.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.
