  • 1 cup Milk (or Milk Alternative) Almond or oat milk for plant-based.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Optional for a chilled smoothie.
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Chamomile Leaves Optional for garnish.

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Peel and slice the large ripe banana into chunks.

  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
