Add the marinated beef to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet, add the beef broth or water, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
