- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, shredded carrots, and chopped red onion.
 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
 - Serve the buffalo chicken mixture over a bed of mixed greens.
 - If desired, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top before serving.
