  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
  5. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
  6. Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
