Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
