- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic powder and onion powder to the melted butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the drained noodles to the pot and toss them in the butter mixture until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- If using, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
