- Boil water until it reaches a rolling boil, about 200°F (93°C). Add 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers to a heatproof mug or teapot, and pour 1 cup of hot water over the flowers. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain.
- While the tea cools, blend ⅓ cup of ice-cold whole milk with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup until frothy.
- Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes, pour in the slightly cooled butterfly pea flower tea.
- Gently add the whipped vanilla cold foam on top of the tea for a two-tone appearance.
- Serve the Butterfly Pea Flower Tea with Vanilla Cold Foam and enjoy!
