  • Seasonings Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Coriander, adjust to taste
  • Fat for Frying use ghee or heat-resistant oil

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cabbage Fritters
  1. Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. Slice scallions or onion and mince garlic if desired.
  2. In a large bowl, combine prepared cabbage, carrots, scallions, and garlic. Add eggs and flour, then mix in seasonings.
  3. Heat ghee or oil in a skillet. Shape the mixture into small balls, flatten into patties, and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. For baking, preheat oven to 420°F (215°C), line a baking sheet with parchment, shape patties, and bake for 20-23 minutes, flipping halfway.
