Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onion, cooking for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. Add the condensed cheddar cheese soup and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until creamy and melted.
  5. Pour the beef and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Layer the frozen French fries over the beef mixture, then sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until fries are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes and garnish with chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, or shredded lettuce.
