- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish lightly.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 chopped yellow onion and 2 minced garlic cloves, cooking for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
