Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Olive oil for brushing

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added flavor.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half. Serve warm.
