  • 16 large white mushrooms stems removed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mushroom caps and toss to coat.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture, pressing it in gently.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
