  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.
  4. To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of the chicken and bacon mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with a spoonful of the sour cream and cheese mixture, followed by shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  6. If desired, sprinkle sliced green onions on top for added flavor.
  7. Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve immediately.
