Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in the same skillet over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. Stir in orzo pasta and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
  5. Return the browned chicken sausage to the skillet, stirring everything together for a couple of minutes over low heat.
