Ingredients
  

Raspberry Puree
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Can use thawed raspberries
Sweetness
  • 1-2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup Can substitute honey or agave syrup
Creaminess
  • 3/4 cup Chilled Milk Preferably oat milk or almond milk
Coffee Base
  • 2 ounces Espresso or Strong Coffee Cold brew can be used as well
Chilling
  • 1 cup Ice Larger ice cubes recommended
Topping
  • 1 serving Whipped Cream Optional; use dairy-free for vegan
  • 1 handful Fresh Raspberries Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend fresh or thawed raspberries until smooth and chill the puree.
  3. In a tall glass, add raspberry puree and drizzle vanilla syrup.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour chilled milk over the ice and raspberry mixture.
  6. Gently pour the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to float on top.
  7. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries, then serve immediately.
