Preparation
- Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Blend fresh or thawed raspberries until smooth and chill the puree.
- In a tall glass, add raspberry puree and drizzle vanilla syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour chilled milk over the ice and raspberry mixture.
- Gently pour the cooled coffee over the back of a spoon to float on top.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries, then serve immediately.
