For the Chocolate Coatings
  • 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Discs Use candy melts for vibrant colors.
  • 12 oz Dark Chocolate Melting Discs Can replace with milk chocolate.
For the Decorations
  • 1 cup White Nonpareil Sprinkles Substitute with edible glitter if desired.
  • 1 cup Candy Eyes Or pipe chocolate if unavailable.
  • 1/2 cup Pink Heart Sprinkles Small pink candies work too.
  • 1/2 cup Black or Navy Nonpareil Sprinkles Melted chocolate dots can be used instead.
  • 1 cup Pastel Sprinkles Choose colors to match your Easter theme.

Method
 

Chocolate Melting
  1. Prepare a microwave-safe bowl with white and dark chocolate melting discs. Microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Prepare Piping Bag
  1. Transfer melted chocolate into a zip-lock bag. Cut a small corner to create a piping tip, keeping it warm for decoration.
Rabbit Pretzels
  1. Dip mini pretzels into melted white chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for 15 minutes, then decorate with dark chocolate features, candy eyes, and pink heart sprinkles.
Sheep Pretzels
  1. Coat mini pretzels with melted white chocolate and chill until firm. Cover with white nonpareil sprinkles and pipe dark chocolate for facial features.
Sprinkle/Drizzle Pretzels
  1. Dip another batch of pretzels in melted dark chocolate. Add pastel sprinkles on top while the chocolate is wet, or chill and drizzle with colored chocolate.
Storage
  1. Store decorated pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
