Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the orange juice, ground cinnamon, and honey (or sugar) until fully dissolved.
  4. Allow the tea mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  6. Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks if desired.
