Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smoothly blended.
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Cover the pot with its lid.
- Set your slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the crock pot and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and heavy cream into the crock pot with the chicken.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently place them on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover the crock pot again and switch it to high heat. Cook for an additional 1-2 hours.
- Once the biscuits are fluffy and golden, serve your Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie!
