Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smoothly blended.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Cover the pot with its lid.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the crock pot and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and heavy cream into the crock pot with the chicken.
  7. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently place them on top of the chicken mixture.
  8. Cover the crock pot again and switch it to high heat. Cook for an additional 1-2 hours.
