- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.

- Transfer the browned meat and sautéed onions and garlic into your crockpot.
- Stir in the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- After cooking, taste and adjust seasoning if needed; cook uncovered for 30 minutes for a thicker chili if desired.
