- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the uncooked Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water until smooth.
- Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Layer the chicken breasts over the rice mixture and sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix on top.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, checking for doneness after 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
