Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the uncooked Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water until smooth.
  3. Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Layer the chicken breasts over the rice mixture and sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix on top.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, checking for doneness after 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
