- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water before draining.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained pasta, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting sauce with reserved water as needed.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes. Remove foil for the last few minutes to broil for a crispy top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
