Making the Creamer
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until the mixture begins to simmer gently.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, whisking continuously to combine. Stir for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and allow the creamer to cool to room temperature. Pour into a clean, airtight container.
- Refrigerate for up to 10 days, shaking well before each use.
