Method
 

Making the Creamer
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until the mixture begins to simmer gently.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, whisking continuously to combine. Stir for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and allow the creamer to cool to room temperature. Pour into a clean, airtight container.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 10 days, shaking well before each use.
