Fold in the chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, and raisins, mixing gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
