Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-powered blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon zest, protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the creamy mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving some space at the top for expansion as it freezes. Cover securely.
  3. Place the container in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
  4. After 24 hours, remove the lid and insert the pint into your Ninja Creami. Process until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
