  2. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and uniformly blended.
  3. Gently fold blended strawberry mixture into the yogurt base, ensuring some marbling remains.
  4. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, let yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften, then scoop into bowls, garnishing with reserved strawberry slices if desired.
