- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and prepare mixing bowls.
- Cream together 1 cup unsalted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, and ¾ cup dark brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and smooth.
