  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
